Born 1977, Ambalika is a young and accomplished Indian artist. She is an MBA from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University and an engineer. She has designed several prestigious national and international product launches and marketing campaigns in India and abroad, and has been on the management teams of global brands like Motorola, Ray Ban, Canon, Sleek, Michelin etc. Her work involved creating marketing plans, designing audience communication, exhibition design along with detailing like display advisory, aspect design and layouts etc.

Ambalika is also a practicing contemporary visual artist – painter, sculptor and photographer. She studied visual arts and attended various workshops - London Life Drawing (previously Bethnal Green Life Drawing), Primrose Hill Life Drawing, and Nick Malone painting classes. She has learnt sculpture under Ms. Saroj Jain at Triveni Kala Sangam, painting under Artist Ravinder Verma, photography at Delhi Photography Club and painting workshop at National Gallery of Modern Art. Her work has been shown severally and is in private collections in India and abroad.

Her work has been featured in several group shows and in private collections in India and abroad, including the Jerusalem Biennale 2019. The artist lives and works in Gurugram.
